Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are determined by weight, location and the method of shipping selected. All shipments originate from our distribution center in St. Louis, MO. Sun-Rich does not ship outside of the United States; deliveries are limited to the U.S. and its territories.
Sun-Rich utilizes a variety of carriers such as FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service. In most cases our customers will have the option of selecting the service level: Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air. To require a signature at delivery, please indicate such when placing your order, otherwise your order will be left at the delivery point without a signature. Orders placed by 5:00pm will be shipped the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Selecting Ground Delivery Service is NOT available in all areas for refrigerated and gourmet chocolate products during warm weather months. See a breakdown of states by the appropriate date below. We strongly recommend that if you live in areas that are extremely warm or cold during other times of the year that you select Next Day Air or 2 Day Air to ensure optimum quality. |

Orders including temperature sensitive products such as chocolate are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders requesting Next Day Air will also ship on Thursdays.
Sun-Rich requires special packaging for the shipping of our gourmet chocolates and various refrigerated products. This packaging is necessary to ensure the quality of the product from our temperature controlled facility to your delivery destination. Ordering temperature sensitive products will add a $3.00 material charge to your shipping charges to cover the cost of the insulated container and ice packs.
During certain times of the year, shipping via Ground Service is not available. You must select Next Day or 2 Day Air Service to certain states during these times. If your delivery destination is in an area that is unusually warm or cold during other times of the year, we strongly recommend that you select a faster service.
